About Vahnim and eligibility

Vahnim LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company currently serving the United States. You must be at least 13 years old to use an account, submit forms, join the mailing list, or post content. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for anything already charged.

Flying safely & regulatory compliance

Vahnim currently offers remote FPV troubleshooting guidance, not aircraft or component sales. Operating a drone carries real risk to you, others, and property, and is subject to aviation regulations in your country (in the US, this includes FAA rules such as Part 107 for commercial use, Remote ID, and airspace restrictions). When using this guidance to build, configure, or operate an aircraft, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable aviation laws and regulations in the areas where you fly.
• You assume all risk associated with building, modifying, and flying FPV/UAV aircraft, including crash damage, property damage, and injury.
• Vahnim is not responsible for how you use, modify, or fly a product you’ve purchased, or for violations of local law or airspace restrictions.

Intellectual property

Site content — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, and AI-assisted or AI-generated visual assets — belongs to Vahnim LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. AI-generated or conceptual imagery may illustrate an idea and must not be treated as a photograph, specification, safety certification, or promise of an available product.

Content you post

You retain ownership of content you submit or post. You grant Vahnim LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the feature where you posted it. You may request removal by contacting hello@vahnim.com, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.

You may post only content you have the right to use. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, harassing, private, or malicious content, dangerous instructions, malware, or personal information about another person without permission. Vahnim may review, refuse, restrict, or remove content and may suspend access to protect users, the service, or legal rights, but does not promise to monitor every submission. Report infringement or other problematic content to hello@vahnim.com.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false information in orders or forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Product information

We make a reasonable effort to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but we don’t warrant that they’re error-free. If something you receive doesn’t match its listing, contact support.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vahnim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited (such as liability for gross negligence, where applicable).

Warranty

Remote guidance does not guarantee diagnosis, resolution, physical repair, flight certification, or approval to fly. Service limitations are described in our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not excluded by this provision.
