Who operates this site

Vahnim LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, operates vahnim.com. Vahnim currently offers its services in the United States only. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@vahnim.com. A business postal address will be added when confirmed.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order or contact support (payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers). Email address when you sign up for our newsletter or submit a support ticket or other inquiry.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and store interactions. Essential data keeps the site, account, cart, checkout, security, and privacy choices working. Optional Shopify analytics is subject to the Customer Privacy consent controls where consent is required.

Information stored only in your browser: your wishlist is saved to your own browser’s local storage, not to our servers — it’s tied to that specific browser/device and isn’t something we can see or access.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill orders, including shipping, payment, and customer support
• To respond to support tickets and other inquiries
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (only if you opt in) marketing emails and promotions
• To improve the site and troubleshoot issues
• To meet legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

Vahnim LLC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to service providers that operate the store: Shopify for storefront hosting, accounts, cart, checkout, orders, privacy controls, and store analytics; payment providers for transactions; and Resend for delivery of form confirmations and team notifications. Those providers process information for the services they supply to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. No third-party advertising pixel or session-replay tool is currently installed on this storefront.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage for functions such as cart, checkout, account sessions, privacy choices, wishlist storage, and dismissal of the newsletter prompt. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including handling an inquiry or support request, maintaining an account, fulfilling an order, meeting legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping duties, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary by record and applicable law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless law permits or requires continued retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may opt out of marketing at any time using the instructions in the email. To make a privacy or deletion request, email hello@vahnim.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that law permits or requires us to keep.

Children’s privacy

Vahnim’s storefront serves a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. People under 13 may not create an account, submit a form, join the mailing list, or post content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@vahnim.com so we can review and delete it where required.
